About Sala
In our practice, resilience is not just a recovery of what was lost, but a creative regeneration of the spirit. Transformation often looks like stillness before it looks like renewal.
Inspired by natures innate capacity to renew and adapt, My process here at Sala draws on the ancient practices of movement, breathwork, and meditation. Working with every layer of who you are. From the physical body and its breath, through the landscape of your emotions and thoughts, into the deep wisdom and unchanging self that live at your core. I supplement other therapies by working with the whole of you, helping you rewrite the story of your nervous system with autonomy, so you can emerge from this season more rooted, more resilient, and more fully alive.
About Kris
My path to yoga therapy was forged, not planned. A full career in IT, and a long season of burnout, anxiety, and profound personal change brought me to a crossroad, and ultimately to the person I was meant to be. Like the salamander, my totem, I didn’t escape the fire of those transitions. I moved through them. Yoga was central to how.
I bring that lived experience into every session — offering others the steady, grounded presence that helped me find my own footing again.
